Our family loved the amazing location, just a short stroll to Times Square and nearby theaters. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing us to return from our adventures and relax. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
My kids wished for a bit more variety at breakfast. Slightly stale options made mornings less exciting. they'd love different choices to start their day.

missingWrote a review on Nov 06stunning viewsspacious roomcheck-in chaos
Views from the Premium Corner King Room with Midtown View take the spotlight—breathtaking skyline vistas that liven up any stay. The room itself feels modern and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat amid the city's hustle.
Check-in felt chaotic. even after 3 PM, our room wasn't ready, leading to unnecessary frustration. Confusion over breakfast arrangements arose, as we had to sign for it, which left us wondering about extra charges, despite staff reassurance. Air conditioning struggled at times, making late-night sleep a bit tricky, while the noise from street traffic, notably sirens, interrupted what should've been restful nights. The lack of towel hooks in the bathroom meant we had to leave them on the floor, not the most eco-friendly setup. Lastly, the lingering feeling of hidden fees gave the experience a slightly sour aftertaste.
