Location was prime, just a block from Times Square. Room was small, but had basic amenities like a minibar, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and soundproofing. Bathroom had complimentary toiletries. The fitness center looked well-equipped. Service was standard, not overly friendly, but efficient enough. Breakfast had a decent variety of options.

The staff truly impressed us with their friendly demeanor and helpfulness throughout our stay. It was also a plus to find ourselves within walking distance of most attractions.

However, the room's low floor position occasionally detracted from our views.
